Training Paces Decoded

Easy Pace: You can sing "Happy Birthday" if someone asks (though they might question your sanity)
Tempo Pace: Comfortably hard—you could grunt out short answers to questions
5K Pace: Hard but sustainable for 15-25 minutes
Mile Pace: Very hard—sustainable for 4-8 minutes max
